Genuine garage find 1979 Sports Hatch 1.6L - Super original, complete car. Paint is all original. Does have surface rust spots to the body but nothing terminal. Main areas that will need attention are inner wings, battery tray and outer lower wing on OSR. There are many areas of the car that are solid.

It is, clearly, a project car although it does run and drive for loading and moving around your garage/unit/workshop/living room.

It has been fitted with a brand new Weber conversion and, after sitting for 20 years just needed a fuel pump (NOS) and a condenser to fire into life!

It has just two previous owners on the logbook which still shows the original owner’s address - pre data privacy laws!! The original handbook is included and a good amount of service history stamped in the original book, backing up the low mileage of 67,000.

The interior is in wonderful condition and the whole thing has been left as found as that first clean of a barn find is always a special moment and I didn’t want to rob you of it!
